Most strategies to solve procrastination fail because they start with the notion that if you procrastinate it means something is wrong, and the solution is to help you stop doing that.


The solution often goes something like this…


*Create a new structure, because your lack of structure is the problem.

*Do mindset work, because your mindset is the problem.

*Add accountability, because your lack of accountability is the problem.

*Set different goal, because the way you set goals is the problem.


These solutions aren’t wrong, some of them are included in Procrastination Reimagined. But why these solutions don’t work long term is because all of them are movements from the outside in, and none of them take into account what you are actually doing when you are procrastinating.

None of them touch into the wisdom that is already inside of you.
None of them look at procrastination as something valuable that reveals important aspects of you.



In Procrastination Reimagined we start with the notion that something is right, that procrastination is not a problem to be solved but a process of discovery.


It is a process of getting to know yourself more deeply, of coming into relationship with hidden or suppressed aspects of yourself.

Aspects that are wise and valuable in ways that are not directly praised inside capitalist hustle culture.


Here we throw capitalist hustle culture on the compost and reimagine what it means to do things in the first place, reimagine what is truly important and meaningful.


There is probably a voice inside of you in this moment saying…

”But I just want to get things done without it being so hard”


And I get it!

It would be so much easier if there was a magic pill that you could take and suddenly your brain would function like a ”normal” brain, and all anxiety inducing inner criticism would go silent.

There are pills which aim to do exactly that, for some people the pills work and for others they don’t.
