In my work and research around sensitivity I have come to realize that sensitivity is not an either or, it is not that either you are sensitive or you are not.
Sensitivity is far more nuanced than that!
We all have sensitive streaks within us, some more easily accessible than others, and we all have slightly different types of sensitivities with different needs and powers.
