The One Taste
A free three part miniseries to tap into innate resources
to support you being You
Hi there,
Welcome! I am so happy that you are here.
Let me begin with saying that there is no one path of embodiment and no one can tell you who and what you are, that is for you to explore and discover. What we can do is support each other on this journey of remembering and re-awakening our innate resources and unique ways of perceiving and being in the world. That is my hope with this miniseries and my other programs and services!
It's with slow and consistent practice that we untangle conditionings and enliven our unique selfness. Through this work it might feel like you being to move in almost the opposite direction of modern society, it is a courageous thing to do and necessary for the wellbeing of you and the people in your life.
But it is through this work that you grow in your capacity to be with yourself and others in a way that feels more honest and authentic - unfiltered. I have walked, and is still walking, this path and I'm glad to share this leg of the journey with you.
PROGRAM OUTLINE
What You get to explore in the miniseries:
• The Comfort Zone - a place where organic and natural healing and growth can take place.
• The Felt Sense - sink underneath ideas and concepts about what should or shouldn’t be into the the actual experience of what is.
• The Orienting - expand awareness and create environmental dimensionality and a close relationship to your direct environment.
• The Closing - what happens next? Suggestions on how to continue this work on you own or together with me and others.
The three first sections each contain a lecture to give some cognitive foundation for why the practices matter, and a practice session. The practices support and build on each other so as you revisit them they will evolve and you will find new depth to them.
My suggestions is to schedule 20-30 minutes for three days to move through the miniseries. It can be three days in a row or spread out over one or two weeks.
