🌱 How do we learn to recognize the voice of our own internal compass in world of too many shoulds and shouldn’ts?
🌱 How do we distinguish between what is in the here and now and what is an echo from the past?
🌱 What do we do when the message is clear but it brings up fear of what would happen if we followed our own internal voice?
Our animal instincts and our intuition is there to keep us safe and to guide us along our journey through life.
Both of them wants us to move towards the things we long for.
Towards connection, pleasure, comfort, curiosity and play.
We need to learn how to listen deeply to the compassionate and empowering voice underneath the noise of how life should be lived.
During this class we will…
explore how to distinguish between what is in the here and now and what is an echo from the past.
practice to listen deeply to the voice underneath the noise and simultaneously support the parts of ourselves that are afraid, feel small, wants to hide.
compassionately usher ourselves towards deeper connection, pleasure, comfort, curiosity and play.
Your inner compass - instincts & intuition
Your inner compass directs your movements and your rest, and tells you when it’s time to take the next step and when it’s time to pause and reflect.
The more you use it the stronger and more refined it gets.
In this class you will get to listen to and sense the information your inner compass is providing you.
You will get to explore what is in the here and now so that you will become more skilled at using this compass that you were born with.
