Please note that we will not focus on all of the above in every course. To build a healthy, strong and supportive self-relationship takes time and happens gradually. Each NURTURE course will have it’s own focus, and what will unfold for you is unique to your individual life journey.
WHO ARE THESE COURSES FOR?
This is for You, the soulful and sensitive human, who desires to develop a loving and supportive relationship with yourself. You who wants dive into yourself and slowly, one step at time, embrace all that you are, so that you can show up in life more fully.
These courses are also for you is a yoga teacher, life coach, holistic practitioner who work with sensitive humans, and you want to learn how to better support your sensitive students and clients.
WHAT ARE THESE COURSES?
These are group courses to nurture a deep and supportive self-relationship. They contain education, self-reflection and self-relating practices. From the courses you will receive practices that you can continue to use long after the course is finished.
In my offering I use methods such as somatic awareness, journaling, meditation, movement, self-inquiry, visualization, to name a few.

All sessions will take place online on Zoom. You can join live (which I highly recommend) or via recording.

To NURTURE is the process of caring for and encouraging the growth or development of someone or something, through building a healthy and strong relationship, and seeing and supporting the innate beauty, capacities, and characteristics of that someone or something.
To nurture yourself is to build that healthy, strong and supportive relationship with yourself, with all the parts of you, and to begin to know Self.

Supportive foundation for self-relating
January 31st - February 28th 2023
A supportive self-relationship is the foundation for a life that feels well. When you feel able to be with your own internal experiences, without getting lost in them, you find within you the power to heal, transform and grow with those experiences. This all begins with learning how to be in relationship with parts of yourself from a neutral, compassionate and loving energy. I call this the energy of the Great Mother. Self-relating often, if not always, contains the ability to self-parent, to hold childparts of yourself, to rediscover the joy of being alive.

Embodied Sense of Self

Sensing Yourself is about sensing the boundary that separates you from other people and the world around you. For a lot of us sensitive people this natural boundary is unclear and elusive, and without a lived experience of this boundary we lose our sense of self or we miss the opportunity to even develop this deep sense of self. The sense that will support us to be more fully who we are meant to be in this world. The sense that allows us to separate out what belongs to us, what is our responsibility, and what belongs to someone else. The sense that gives us access to our own dreams and longings.

NURTURE THREE
Belonging, Bonding & Boundaries
May 30th - June 27th 2023
It is a skill to be able to, with clarity, sense and communicate boundaries and not feel that this assertiveness compromises the bonding that is the basis for all relationships. We all long for belonging from the moment that we are born, and even before that. It is the longing to feel welcomed in our family of origin, and then amongst our peers, and in bigger social circles, and eventually in the community where we live and the communities that we travel through. When we grasp for belonging and can’t find it within ourselves we put on masks to fit in and hide the, in our opinion, less loveable parts of ourselves, and we end up feeling fragmented, uncomfortable, scattered. When we begin to nurture our internal sense of belonging in our bodies, our bodies can relax, we become comfortable being who we are, and confident to express ourselves freely.

Authentic Self-expression

Authentic self-expression is the expression that arises moment to moment without us having to track or alter the expression. Authentic self-expression leads to greater physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. When we diminish our self-expression we hold parts of ourselves back and lock up our life energy inside of us, this can lead to physical tension, emotional turmoil, self-criticizing, a sense of energy depletion. Authentic self-expression is how we embrace who we are, embrace both our positive traits and experiences, and the darker and more complex sides of ourselves. Authentic self-expression is the wholeness of who and what you are translated into action in the world.

Practical information about the online courses
All of my online courses follow the same structure.
Prior to the course you will get suggestions on how to prepare yourself and how set yourself up to get the most out of these offerings.
All of the sessions are recorded so that you can repeat them or go back to practices that you found were especially fruitful for you.
The courses also include simple practices to use in between sessions as support to integrate outside of the group space.
For myself I have found it to be very powerful to bring the practice in to my own home.
It has been easier for me to integrate the learning and the discoveries into my day-to-day life when they initially arise in my familiar home environment.
With that said it does require more from you to set yourself up for a course in your own home, but I promise you that it will be worth it and you will integrate in whole different way.

Do I have to take all of the courses or can I sign up for only one of them?
No, you do not have to take all courses. They do build on each other AND you might not feel that all of them resonate with you, so you are welcomed to join as many or as few as you like. I will offer these courses again in 2024, so you have the chance to go slow.
What if I can’t come to one of the live sessions?
I will record all sessions, but edit out any personal sharings from participants. I do recommend to attend live if possible, but you can also join via recording. Everyone who signs up for the course will get access to recordings.
These courses sounds very deep and it contains a lot - what if I get overwhelmed by all of it?
When reading through this page it is indeed a lot of information! Do remember that we will only explore one part at a time and your journey is unique to you. You will get resources along the way that will support you to get the most out of this journey without being overwhelmed by it. And I am here with you as support. I can assure you that the pace these courses are designed for us sensitives. Every part will be dropped in like a small homeopathic droplet.
What is your cancellation policy?
This is the cancellation policy that I’ve created that I think give you flexibility in case you want to cancel after you’ve signed up.
* All online courses are paid in full upon sign up.
* You have the right to cancel and get a full refund, minus transaction fees, if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the first session.
* If you cancel after the beginning of the course there will be no refund.
Will you offer these courses in Swedish?
No. At the moment I will only offer these courses in English, but if there is a large number of requests for courses in Swedish I might offer them in Swedish in the future.
What is somatics?
The word somatics come from the Greek word Soma, which means body. So simply put, somatic practices are practices that emphasize internal physical perception and experiences. As opposed to cognitive practices that emphasize mental explorations, mental performance and skills.

In our sessions we will use both cognitive tools and somatic practices to discover, explore, experience the wholeness of who and what you are. Somatic awareness is an important part of self-relating, it is to develop the ability to relate to your body and your subconscious as an autonomous and intelligent entity.
Will this program help me get in touch with my emotions?
Yes, to the extent that you, in your wholeness, feel willing, able and ready. What comes up during the sessions will be different for each and every participant on this journey. We will work deeply with the body and with what is alive in your internal landscape. That means that we will meet emotions as they arise, but we will not go digging for things to come up. If these “things”, such as memories or emotions, are not ready to be felt and experienced we will honor that.
I am currently taking antidepressants, can I still join the program?
Yes, I don’t see that taking antidepressants would be a hindrance or have a negative effect on your participation. I have worked with clients before who have been taking antidepressants whilst working with me and I, or the clients, haven’t experienced any issues with that.
With that said I do find that it is important that you continue to have an open dialog with your doctor around your medication during the course of this program. Your doctor is the one who is qualified to speak to and have knowledge around your medication plan.
