A 7-Week Devotional Journey into Soul, Inner Listening, and Nervous system awareness for Reclaiming the Feminine, Embodied Sovereignty & Belonging

There are moments in life when the tectonic plates of your life begins to shift beneath the surface in a way that can no longer be ignored.

A sense of disorientation.
A feeling that your nervous system is tired of holding it all together.
Old ways of thinking and doing stop working.

This moment arrives in preparation for your second half of life.
When you shift from maiden to mother to matriarch, or stand at the midlife threshold.

It is marked by a sense of rupture, grief, initiation, or an unnamed inner turning.

What marks this threshold is a need for reorientation.
A need to heal the wounded feminine within.

Old ways of thinking, relating, creating, and coping no longer fit.
What once brought joy feels dry.
Relationships change shape.
A deeper truth is rising up.

Beneath it all, something in you is going underground, pulling inward, slowing down, asking to be listened to.

This is not a call to fix yourself or a sign that there is something wrong with you.

It is a sign that a transformation is underway.

Not a self-improvement.

A metamorphosis.

The Spiral is a space to tend to the transformation that has already begun. To heal the wounded feminine. Gently, somatically, and in rhythm with your nervous system and soul.

Welcome to The Spiral

The Spiral is a living, devotional journey.
A descent into a feminine path.
A remembering of soul through body, nervous system, image, sensation, and rhythm.

This is an initiation into deep inner listening.
Into nervous system awareness & honoring.
A deepening into soul work.

A reclaiming of a feminine, animistic, devotional, symbolic way of being in and with life.

Here, solitude and togetherness dance.
You belong to yourself, to Earth, and to the pulsation of life, not because of how you perform, but because you are.

We have been taught to move in straight lines.
To ascend, improve, transcend.
But life does not unfold that way.
Life moves in spirals.

Our ancestors knew this.
They carved spirals into cave walls, traced them in sand, danced them into the ground.
In that sacred curve they recognized the rhythm of birth, death, and rebirth, the rhythm of creation, sustenance, and dissolution.

The spiral is the feminine.
Though many have tried to bury her, she cannot be destroyed.
She grows ever more fertile underground, preparing to rise up again.

You see her in storms forming, in the unfurling of fern, in the cycles of the Moon, in the churning of the Milky Ocean from which Goddess emerges radiant and whole.

And you feel her within yourself, in the way your life revisits themes, deepens through return, and asks you to listen more closely each time.

The Spiral is both a path and a pulsation.
A movement inward and outward.
Growing down as you are rising up.

This journey is a return to that knowing.
A movement of Soul remembering itself through you.

A forging of a feminine path.

What The Spiral Is

(and what it is not)

The Spiral is a 7-week guided journey that weaves together:

  • somatic and ritual practice
  • mythic and imaginal exploration
  • creative expression
  • devotional practice - sādhanā
  • live group practice, processing, witnessing, and integration

This is not a course to complete or a system to master.
This is not yet another program filled with information.

You are not here to be taught or to “do it right.”

You are here to be in relationship with your body, your nervous system, your soul, and the living world as Goddess.

The practices are designed to integrate into everyday life, not sit on top of it. You choose your pace, your depth, your way of engaging.

This journey is for you if you…

✨ are in the archetypal maiden to mother to matriarch transition (with or without children) or standing on the midlife threshold

✨ feel the ache of longing to belong to yourself, to Earth, to something greater

✨ sense an ancient remembering of the feminine stirring in your bones

✨ desire to cultivate attuned awareness and embodied trust

✨ long to live and create from devotion rather than discipline

✨ crave soulful connection that honors both your depth and your tenderness

You don’t need to be “experienced" to be here.
You don’t need to know where you are going to be here.
You only need to be willing to answer the calling from within.

The Journey Through The Spiral

The Spiral unfolds through three thresholds, each a movement of descent, embodiment, and return:

Soul · Sovereignty · Belonging

Together, they form a rhythm, a turning inward and outward that supports the transformation already underway in you.

Each week you will receive teachings, rituals, and guided devotional practices. We gather live for spacious integration circles that include somatic practice, creative processing, reflection, and witnessing.

Between gatherings, we stay connected through a shared creative cauldron, a space to pour in dreams, images, words, and reflections as your inner living myth unfolds.

Through nature connection, altar tending, and creative witnessing, your experience becomes living mythology, not something you learn about, but something you live.

SOUL

Imagination · Sensation · Dream

A descent into the imaginal realm, where intuition, image, and sensation weave together.

This first movement softens your gaze and draws you inward. You begin to sense the animate, symbolic world and how it speaks through your body, dreams, and perceptions.

Through gentle somatic and creative practices, you learn to see through the eyes of Soul, discovering the subtle vibration that is uniquely yours.

You will explore:

  • intuitive perception and creative imagination
  • projection as a mirror for wholeness
  • grounding mystical experience through body-based practice

Guided by Gaṇeśa and Pārvatī, guardians of the threshold who support you in staying present, lifting veils, and letting mystery approach.

✨ Includes a Dream Workshop with mythopoetic therapist, dream witch, and storyteller Libby Rose Waite (Embodied Dream Weaving).

SOVEREIGNTY

Nervous System · Boundaries · Voice

A reclamation of your sacred Yes and holy No.

This threshold brings clarity to your energy field and strengthens your capacity to stand in your inner authority. Not through force or willpower, but through nervous system awareness, grief tending and attuned self-regulation.

Through movement, voice, and ritual, you build boundaries that are rooted, responsive, and alive, able to hold sensation, emotion, and relational contact without losing yourself.

You will explore:

  • sensing and protecting your energetic space through somatic awareness
  • discerning soul-led desire from conditioned striving and survival patterns
  • expressing truth through voice and embodied presence, even in moments of activation

Guided by Durgā, fierce and loving, reminding you that true strength is not rigidity, but rooted responsiveness.

✨ Includes a Voice Workshop with devotional singer and Voice Yoga teacher Olivia (Liv) Preye.

BELONGING

Pleasure · Trust · Devotion

A homecoming to body, Earth, and the pulse of life itself.

Belonging is not a destination, it is a rhythm of trust, receptivity, and turning toward life as Goddess.

Here, you explore what it means to belong not by fitting in, but by being fully yourself, wild, tender, and whole.

You will explore:

  • grounding belonging in sensory, everyday rhythms
  • reclaiming pleasure as devotion
  • creating from fullness rather than striving

Guided by Lalitā Tripura Sundarī, goddess of delight and divine desire.

✨ Includes a Tantrik Devotional Practice Workshop with senior yoga teacher, tantrika, and devotee Collette Davis of Samāveśa School of Yoga.

We close with a ritual of return, weaving your experience into living myth so your story becomes an offering to life itself.

Your Guide through The Spiral

Linda Nenne

I am a somatic practitioner, sourceress & soul work guide.
A bridge between worlds.
Rooted in body and the unseen, my work moves at the meeting point of soma, soul, shadow and soil. This is the place where healing becomes art and embodiment becomes prayer.

As a mother, seer, nondual Tantrika, and Moon astrologer, I walk with you who feel the call of the wild within. You who long to remember your belonging to earth, body, and the sacred.

Through The Spiral, I invite you into the slow alchemy of return. To reclaim your rhythm, your power, and the myth your soul came here to live.

Guest Facilitators

Libby Rose Waite

I am a mythopoetic therapist, embodiment guide and Dream Witch devoted to helping others access the imaginal realms. My journey has been shaped by the wisdom of Depth Psychology, Tantra and the somatic arts. But more than that, it has been shaped by a profound trust in the mystery of life and its ability to guide us toward wholeness.

I believe in the revolutionary power of Dreams to heal, hold and connect us.

Olivia (Liv) Preye

I have always been a great believer in the healing power of music. I first got into using singing as a therapeutic tool during my Masters in Leadership at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Since graduating in 2011, I have lead workshops all around the world in a wide variety of contexts: from concert halls in Singapore to prisons in Leicester.

I work with professional musicians and people with no musical experience whatsoever, to help them find their creativity, their self-expression. This in turn has a healing effect.

Collette Davis

My offerings are an ongoing inquiry into embodied liberation and I facilitate intuitive moving meditations that guide students into the liminal and imaginal realms of the somatic unconscious.

These can be psychedelic experiences that awaken the inner artist, heal the parts of Psyche that have been cut off and open up the channel for a Graced life. I live and breathe the teachings of Tantra and am constantly learning, practicing, forgetting and remembering how to get out of the Way so life can lead.

An Embodied Flow™ facilitator, senior yoga teacher, tantrika, devotee, and certified Wizard, I am also the humble shepherd of the Samāveśa School of Yoga.

oṃ gaṃ gaṇapataye namaha

I call on Gaṇeśa with his big round belly and loving arms.
I bow down and ask him to guard the threshold and bless each and every one of us who choose to answer the calling and step into The Spiral.

Embrace us with your protective arms and bless our path.

May he bless this journey with well placed obstacles that guide us in the direction of ever deeper devotion, discernment, and love.

May we offer ourselves in devotion to the sacred spiral of life.

THE SPIRAL FAQ

Safety, Sensitivity & Nervous System Care

✨ I am a little afraid of what might come to the surface…

That is completely normal and natural. When we enter soul work, there’s often a fear present. A fear of what lies beneath the surface in the somatic unconscious. Grief, anger, shame, forgotten and exiled parts.

The Spiral is here to give you practices and support to be able to meet that fear, and to venture into the unknown in a way that feels as supported as possible.

The Serpent doorway is there for you if you feel that you will need more personal care and guidance for your journey through individual 1:1 sessions.

✨ I am sensitive to group experiences, what if I will feel overwhelmed?

The Spiral is intentionally slow, spacious, and boundaried. You’re invited to show up as you are, to do what you need, to be in the group in silence or sharing.

The space is held with deep care and somatic awareness. In The Spiral portal there is a section with resourcing practices and nervous system care for your journey.

You get to choose how and when you participate, and in what way.

✨ What if I join and then something in me resists to engage with the material?

Resistance is a natural part of transformation, it is a sign that something true is stirring.

The Spiral isn’t about bypassing discomfort, but meeting it and moving with it with presence, love, and support. Hesitation is welcomed as part of the journey. The Spiral includes, even invites, both resistance and revelation.

Time, Capacity & Pace

✨ I want to join, but I am not sure I have time right now…

The Spiral is not yet another thing to keep up with. It is an invitation to come into relationship with and move at the pace of your own becoming.

All live sessions are recorded, and the practices are designed to weave gently into daily life rather than sit on top of it.

You’re not expected to do it all; you’re invited to be with what is. For that reason, I have distilled the teachings and practices to digestible drops of medicine.

✨ How much time will I have to dedicate per week?

As much or as little time as you like. All the practices offered are aimed to be used in your everyday life. The Spiral is your life, it is in your life experience that you connect to it in an intimate, deep, and meaningful way.

I have distilled the teachings and practices so that they are easy to integrate into daily life.

I do recommend keeping your schedule spacious for the six weeks of the journey, so you can create momentum inside The Spiral.

✨ What happens if I can’t attend all the live sessions?

All sessions are recorded, and you can attend them in your own timing. Even if you miss a session, you can re-enter at any point.

Your unfolding continues even when you’re not “doing” the work, and The Spiral continues as part of your life even after our closing session.

Belonging & Readiness

✨ I am not sure I am experienced enough…

The Spiral invites willingness, not perfection.

It’s a space of unlearning, of rediscovering your own rhythm and relationship to that which is sacred. Whether your practice is stillness, tears, drawing, or a walk outside, all of it belongs here.

One of the core teachings is that you are never behind, and you can’t do this “wrong.”

Each and every one of us will be met where we’re at — not where we could or should be.

The Experience Itself

✨ What are the weekly sessions like?

In our live Spiral sessions, we move at a spacious and organic pace.

We begin with teachings and a guided somatic or ritual practice, then slip into processing and meandering time with space for journaling, art-making, and creative integration. There is also room for questions, guidance, and witnessing your own process within the group field.

We close each session by opening the practice for the coming week, so you leave with a thread to follow in your own rhythm.

The sessions are scheduled for two hours. The container is spacious and flexible. You are welcome to step away early if you need to, and you will always have what you need to stay connected to the spiral of the work.

✨ What is the devotional practice based on?

The devotional practices are mantra (sacred sound)-based sādhanā (devotional practice).

I will guide you through the mantras, and you will receive audio recordings that you can use for your daily practice.
